how can i create a new blank form from Adobe Pro DC (Not from existing or scan)

In the formscentral, there are many templetes. but it seems no way to create a new blank or templete one from the new adobe pro dc. I don't wanna create it from existing word or something, nor from scan. Help. Thanks

I know, this is why I created the (free) abracadabraTools

I often need to create blank PDF files.

Without any open files in Acrobat, press Ctrl+Shift+T.

Totally useless in Europe since it create an US letter file, instead of an A4.

Even if Acrobat is settled in French, German or any other European language.

It is however so basic!!!

You can use the newDoc command to create a file with the size you want. Also, you can create a blank Word file and convert it to a PDF.

However, as was mentioned above, this is not a "normal" workflow for creating PDF files.

If you want to do this in Acrobat, first create a blank page, then use the "Prepare Form" tool to add form fields and the "Edit" tool to add labels and instructions.

You can also use Word or Open Office Write.

Acrobat isn't at all intended or designed to do what you want. The most common workflow by far is to create the layout in some other application, convert to PDF, and add the form fields to the PDF using Acrobat. The FormsCentral app that came with Acrobat 11 is no longer supported, nor is the FormsCentral online service.
