how can i highlight text and then copy to another document?

I am able to highlight my text after changing the pdf to ocr.  But I can not copy it to paste to another document after the highlight has been completed.

The option is available in Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.

Right mouse click and choose "Enable Text Selection".

When I right click after highlighting  the information.  Enable text Selection does not come up.  I looked for it under the various tabs and don't see it there either.  If I right click I get "add sticky note, add bookmak, Select tool, hand tool....." ect. 

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Any other ideas?
