how can i print on pre-printed form?

I am trying to figure out how to print a form that is pre-printed. I don't want to lose the color or line that is already on the paper.

In Acrobat there's an option to print only the form fields. You use it by selecting "Form fields only" under Comments & Forms in the Print dialog, like this:

On my Adobe Acrobat Reader under "Comments & Forms", there is no selection for Form field only. I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
