How can two people sign the same PDF on one computer?
I support case managers that are converting to a paperless office. They need clients to sign a PDF on their tablet PC. Is there a way to simply pass the tablet to the client and have them sign it, and have it count as a valid signature? It seems that doesn't work right now because Acrobat wants you to save a signature in the app, which isn't the goal here. Or it wants you to email the PDF to someone to get their signature. That shouldn't be necessary if the person is sitting right next to you. I'm not very knowledgable in the use of Acrobat so forgive my ignorance here. Right now their method of accomplishing this is to email the PDF to a second device, have the client sign on that device, then email the PDF back to their tablet PC. There must be a better way.
