How do I apply security with a password via batch processing (DC). We apply security to files (100's) posted to the web every day. I was able to find and set up a batch security using Wizard but can't find how to use the password?
When you add the Encrypt command click on Specify Settings, select the password security policy and click OK. Then click the Change Settings button and then enter your password. Make sure to untick the "Prompt User" box so that it won't ask you to enter the settings for each file. Of course, all the files you process will have the same password if you do that.
