How do I get fillable headers to repeat on subsequent pages without having to fill the header information on each page

I am new to forms. I am trying to complete a form on from an excel file. The form will be about 6 pages long. On Page 1, there is information in a header that I want to have repeat on subsequent pages and/or auto-populate certain fields on subsequent pages. Can I do that and if so, how do I do that?

Copy the fields from page 1 to the other pages. Field with the same name

automatically have the same value.

You can also use the Duplicate Across Pages command to do it easily and

quickly. Right-click a field in Form Edit mode and you'll see it.
