Hi,
I feel the need to clarify that Google Docs has nothing to do with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. As such, you need to consult with Google's support community how to achieve that.
Also, you don't "hyperlink" PDFs but you may convert a PDF into an HTML document that can be accesed as a web form via web browser.
Maybe what you meant is that you are trying to share a PDF that was created using Google Docs, and that such PDF is saved in a cloud storage location somewhere like, for example in Google Drive, Adobe Document Cloud, DropBox, etc.
If that is the case, and if I understood your question correctly, You want to share this PDF with other users, correct?
If you have an subscription of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (paid-for) or even with Adobe Reader DC (free PDF viewer version), you can share a PDF using Adobe Document Cloud services (some are paid-for some are free and limited). You may aggregate or link shared access to your PDFs with other cloud-based services using the Adobe Document Cloud services.
If you're using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, just open the PDF that you want to share and create a shared link that will upload a copy of the original document to the Document Cloud. Then copy and share that link via email with your users so they can access that PDF when they click on that link.
