How do you copy and paste a drop down menu from one PDF to another PDF?

I have forms that are updated all of the time and I cant seem to figure out how to copy the whole menu to the new form. I have resorted to just copying each item individually and creating a new drop down menu. Please help! This is too time consuming!

Go to Form Edit mode, click the field, press Ctrl+C, go to the other file, enter Form Edit mode there as well, press Ctrl+V. Done.
