How do you copy and paste fillable areas with formulas into another pdf? I have two files of more than hundred pages and whant to know if there is a best idea than copy paste over hundred pages, as export a form and import somehow?

If they have more or less the same layout use the Replace Pages command on

the source file with the pages from the target file.

If they don't you'll need to do it manually, by copying and pasting them.

Can this be done using a button and javascript?

Yes, you can use the replacePages method of the Document object, but if you want to specify the path of the file to replace with you'll have to run it from a trusted context, just as a doc-level script, or a Custom Command, or something like that.
