I don't see this documented anywhere for Acrobat, so it could disappear any at time, but you can increment and decrement the point size of selected comment text, including dimensions, with the InDesign keyboard shortcuts:

Shift + Ctrl + >

and

Shift + Ctrl + <

Your first tap will shrink it to a minimum, but you can then increase in it 10pt steps. I haven't investigated where that default comes from.

This is on on Windows 10 64-bit, with up to date ‘Continuous Release’ Adobe Acrobat Pro – hopefully other platforms are similar.

Hello,
I tried thE keyboard shortcut that you recommended but it didn't work for me. What it does is that it flips the page by 90°. I'm currently working on a Win 11, 64-bit.

I agree with @Miguel Cabada, this should be a basic tool and not a struggle. They have to fix this soon.

It's incredible how they ignore this forums. This thread started in 2016. Miguel Cabada replied in 2020. You my friend @Huw5CCC were the last one to reply in 2022. It's now 2024 and this hasn't been fixed. What do this guys do?

Where does the money paid for this softwares go?

PLEASE ATTEND TO THIS ISSUE!!!!

It still works for me, currently on Acrobat Pro 2024.003.20112 64-bit, Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2.

I'd forgotten entirely about this, and in the process of testing now realise I wasn't clear at all that to adjust the dimension text you have to select it in the Comments pane, as boxed and arrowed in red by Document Geek in the OP above. Apologies.

It's not a built-on feature of Acrobat. But you can do a workaround by copying an pasting larger type from a text box. I do a writeup about that here: Document Geek: How to Change the Text Size in Measurement Tool In Acrobat DC

This is basic functionality that should not need a work around.  Not sure why adobe finds it so difficult to add the most fundamental features to their package.  It would seem that the developers do not actually use the product otherwise they would immediately run into such basic nuisances.  If and Adobe developer reads this, can you please fix this...i dont see why this should take a plea from your customers given the price that we pay for the software.

This needs to be added to the next update. It's so necessary
