Hi,
Suppose we have in a PDF form scoring: 1, 2, 3, 4.
I would like to be able to surround any number with a circle by clicking on it. How can this be done, could someone help me ?

Thanks,
WS

It can be done using images, but you'll be making your life unnecessarily difficult, especially if you want to use that value later on as a part of a calculation, or to export it. Just use a simple radio-button field, instead.

If I use the radio-button function, I will have circles around each of the options, which is not the point :). The circle can be around the selected option(s) 😕😕 Look at the attached PDF, unless I'm misinterpreting your advice.

What I mean is forget about circling the selected text. Just move the radio-buttons to the left, so the user can tick them, independently of the number.
