How to configure a checkbox to select dropdown values

Hello,

I am working on Adobe Acrobat pro 2020 and I would like some help configuring a checklist I am making. 
I am making a checklist and I currently have multiple dropboxes with the results either "Pass", "Fail" or (Blank) by default. The blank is just a 3rd option with a single space.

I would like to include a single checkbox at the beginning of the list which would automatically select "Pass" for all dropdowns and the (blank) option if unchecked.
