How to convert an textfield in a must textfield after the checkbox is selceted with true/yes?

Example: If someone like to subscribe to an Newsleatter, they must give me the emailaddress.

(Checkbox) Newsleater? Yes! =

(TxTField) Emailaddress, must field!
