How to export a pdf file to png? (with a good quality)

I need to do a very very simple task.

I want to export my pdf file to png, but the result of png file is very low quality. I've been looking for about 30 minutes, but I can't find any solution.

It seems there is no antializing, my text is ugly. We are going to 2022 and I need to do this simple task.

What can I do?
