I have a pdf file with 100 pages (17 * 24.5) but only one of them has (18*24.5)

How to find it ?

You are correct, that preflight appears to be broken. If you use the "Page size is equal to" prefilght, and click the edit button, you can change "equal to" to "unequal to" and include the expected page size. I tested a PDF with one odd size page and it returned a result listing the odd page.

Do you have Acrobat Pro? if so you can go to Tools> Print Production> Preflight> Checks (magnifying glass icon) and select "Orientation and size with 2pt tolerance is equal for all pages" then click the Analyze button. Or you could also use the "Page size is equal to the specified size" preflight check.
