How to get PDF Tool Compare images visually?

IMHO non-visible content is irrelevant when purpose of a PDF is for print and view but, please correct me if wrong,  non-visible content is included in Compare Tool from Adobe DC and/or Pro with Conversion Setting of "High Quality Print".

I have two PDFs with images which are exported from same Slide but Compare Reported "Image Replaced". Since they are same visually, I am inclined to conclude they are the same when these PDFs are to be used for view and print.

I need help with Adobe to confirm my visual check of images are identical; software for visual check exist but not yet allocated to my work resource.

With Windows 10 Enterprise, I have done the following to prove they are identical

Two PDFs visually identical in content but different otherwise are acceptable in my case.

How to move forward to clarify if content is not the problem with "Image Replaced"?

A slight difference in the compression will make visually identical assets different. As the hash is different, the content is different. There is no method known to me to check if the images are visually the same. Even your eye may not be able to see slight but important changes, like a small change in the cropping.

Thanks, I revise my problem statement to "How to get PDF Compare Tool to  report only visual difference(s) to the human eye?".

As-Is, my Adobe Compare Tool (with typical Computer Resource of Microsoft Office 365 Business User) could report Image Replacement for revised PowerPoint of deletion of a single text character when exported by PDF Maker; Image reported as Replaced look identical to me visually..

I found following workarounds which unfortunately is not within my control because my PDFs are typically from co-workers are using default Export Setting which is Adobe PDF Maker with High Print Quality

  1. PowerPoint Export Create PDF Document
  2. PDF Maker Conversion Preference Set to "Smallest File Size"

From a day of search, I found software algorithms that resembles human eye comparison but programming is not my scope but wishing is Adobe Compare's.

@Sunny26326757tb7e – Did you intend to post in the Photoshop forum, or would the Acrobat forum be better?

I need help to understand why I cannot use my default Microsoft Document Export which is"Convert To Adobe PDF" for PDFs to be compared error free.

Switching from  "Convert To Adobe PDF" to "Create PDF Document", which is not my default, created PDFs which can be compared error free (Compare by Adobe).

To resolve  Page Maker false positives with default PDF Maker Conversion Setting "High Quality Print". Microsoft Office Document Exported PDF has no such problem.

"Convert To Adobe PDF " requires setting change to "Smaller File Size" for risk of false positives.

Since I believe there are others whose preferrred Export Setting is not Microsoft, here is my post to Microsoft Community Microsoft Community - how to export once for preferred Export Setting AND Document Compare

BACKGROUND.

My PowerPoint has following characteristics

File Size 1.5MB

My workaround is to degrade Conversion Setting to "Smallest File Size" which unfortunately is not default required for Financial Details.

BTW why did Exported File Size did not shrink vs "High Quality Print"?
