How to get pricing as a reseller?

Hi

My name is Eissa

How do we (a reseller) get prices to offer them to our customer?

A possible customer reached out to my email they want this license and that license.

I asked customer support 5 times, they tell me the same thing:

When i do that it takes me to the reseller finder page, i see gold partners, certified partners, I even see our company there!

So clearly Iam missing something here.
