How to hide/disable right and left tools pane using the registry/GPO/customation wizard for Acrobat Reader DC 22.001.20142?

Set these two keys for the right pane to start as collapsed

This is a manual method, it does not fit. I need to apply this setting to all users via GPO or prepare a new package with adobe custumation wizard (property\regedit param?)
