Go to the field's Properties, and under the Options tab tick the box that says "Allow user to enter custom text".

Thank you for your answer, but is there any way to restrict the input of the user with elements from the list only?

I don't understand... If you only want the user to be able to enter items from the list, they why allow them to enter free text into the field in the first place?
