How to make user interface smaller? (Adobe Acrobat 2020)

I want to make the user interface (toolbar, icons..., as shown in screenshot) smaller because they take up too much space. Is there a way to accomplish this?

It is possible it Acrobat DC (menu bar -> view), but I just bought Acrobat 2020 Pro and cannot find this option any more.
I want to leave the user interface size for all other Windows programs as they are.

- I already set "Ovveride high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by Application"for this program in (Properties -> Compatability), but the user interface is still large.
