How to move text in acrobat pro

I am new to Acrobat Pro, but am a long time Photoshop user and I'm trying to move some text around and add more in a file that was produced in another program, I don't know if that matters, and I can't figure out how to do it. I've looked on the internet and on here and am not seeing an answer, although it's possible I'm not sure what to look for. I've included two examples of the same file. The first is what I want to do. and the second is the original file that I would like to edit in Acrobat to resemble the oneedited in Photoshop. The first is the PDF file that was produced in another program and edited in Photoshop and then saved as a PDF file again. This made a huge file. On the second image, I wuld like to lower the "Color Key" , that runs along the right side of the main image and them add my logo, a small thimbnail of the picture and text of the information regarding the chart. Is there any way I can do this in Acrobat and avoid the extra step in Photoshop and winding up with a hugh PDF file?    Thanks for any help anyone can give.

You can try to do it using the Edit Text and Images tool, but it's not a good idea, generally speaking. If you have the original file used to create the PDF make the changes there and then generate a new PDF from it, instead.

Thanks for the answer!! I tried the Edit Text and Edit PDF and insert images to no avail and was afraid your answer was what I was going to hear. Unfortunately, the PDF options in the program I used to produce the file are very limited and that is why I was trying Acrobat. I guess I continue to go through Photoshop. I'm not sure continuing with Acrobat is a good option for me if I can't edit as I wanted to. I'll have to think on it. Thanks again.

I've managed to get it set up somewhat the way I want it in Acrobat. I couldn't add text, it would freeze on me when I would start typing, so, I added the text by way of an image, jpeg file generated in Photoshop. Now I can't move things around. I'd like to condense the right section to put the list right under the typing but it won't let me move it. Acrobat is way slow and doesn't let me do almost anything without freezing.
