I have seen a lot of e-books with Its text can be copied but when pasted in notepad/ms word it becomes unreadable words or Weird characters . So kindly say Is there an option to do the same in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

I want to prevent others from copying my PDF. I expect the same result as seen in the JPG attachment

Sorry, can't help you with that. And even if you did it there are ways around it.

One can export the pages as images, then create a new file and run Text Recognition on it, and get selectable and copyable text (if the results of the OCR are good, of course).

This is considered a serious fault in a PDF. Adobe won't give any tools to make faulty files. Yes, I can see it's convenient, for your wishes,  but Acrobat and other tools can just do OCR and copy it anyway...

As I understand it from the internet. it is Usage of fonts with non-unicode glyph mapping. But I do not know how to do this. I could not even see it on any website.

What you're asking for is to deliberately create a corrupt file. You won't find any help or tutorials on how to do that here.

This happens when you use a font that has bad encoding. It's generally a bad idea, as it not only prevents copying and pasting the text, but also searching it, making useful comments in it, etc. I would strongly recommend you don't do that.

You can apply a security policy that prevents content extraction in general, but be aware that many non-Adobe PDF viewers totally ignore it, and other tools allow you to remove it quite easily.
