How to Rotate text in a vertical text box with Acrobat Pro DC

I have rotated a text box but need to rotate the text within the box to be read from top to bottom. I cannot find advanced editing tools in Acrobat Pro DC. Any guidance?

Form field or Comment is the same: we can only rotate the field or the comment, not the text inside.
