How to Transfer Acrobat XI Pro License from One Computer to Another

Hello

I have installed Acrobat XI Pro on one computer machine, and now I would like to deactivate my license from that machine and install the same license on a new machine.

I will appreciate any possible help in this action please.

Hi Muhammad,

I would like to inform you that you can install Acrobat on two machines using one license, however, you can only use one of those machines at a time. If you still want to deactivate please follow the below procedure to deactivate your license on current computer :

Launch the app.
Choose Help > Deactivate.
Choose one of the following options:
- Deactivate or Suspend Activation: These options deactivate the software but retain licensing information on your computer. Choose one of these options if you want to deactivate the software temporarily, and you are planning to activate it on this computer again.
- Deactivate permanently: This option deactivates the software and removes the licensing information from your computer. If you want to use the software on this computer again, reenter the serial number.
Once it is deactivated, you can install and use the same license on another machine.
