How to use Adobe compare target extracted from pages say 3 to 29 of source?

To illustrate my operation on said PDF

copy source (40 pages) file
paste file
rename file as target
select pages 30 to 40
delete
select pages 1 to 2
delete
target should match source Page 3 to 29
save

If possible, this will save my visual compare of two PDFs which needs time and prone to human error.

Acrobat Pro can compare existing pages only.

This tool is a page comparator not a document comparator.
