Hello,

I have combined two documents in one PDF :

- a screenshot jpeg in landscape mode and big size (1313 x 899)

- a word document in A4 in portrait mode

I am in page scroll mode in Acrobat.

I would like to have all pages of the document automatically in A4 and portrait mode.

How to do this ?

And how to set in order that for all PDF I create / combine, I will be in A4 and portrait ?

Instead of InDesign you can also use Word.

You can use the Scale Pages preflight profile to do it, if you have Acrobat Pro DC.

I have Acrobat Pro.

I have tried to use Crop page function and selecting A4 (see screenshot below), but for the screenshot in 1313 x 899, it does not works (it does not change it from landscape 1313 x 899 to portrait A4, because in cropping mode I cannot choose between "portrait" and "landscape"). I am wondering if Acrobat Pro is able to do it ? Am I obliged to use In Design in order to do it ?

For the JPEG file create a A4 document in InDesign, place the JPEG file, and export as PDF.
