Hyperlink in word are working but not when converted to pdf?

I have Acrobat Pro XI and when I convert the word document to pdf, the hyperlinks in the Table of Contents are not enabled.

Just figured it out......within the Preferences-PDF Maker Settings-someone told me to change it from Standard to Conversion Settings PDX-1a:2001 for printing purposes I think.  I changed it back to Standard and now it is working.

What's your version of Office? How are you converting the Word file to PDF,

Within the word document, I am clicking on Acrobat, then Create PDF.
