Hi @RodE1205 is this question related to an Enterprise account?

Creating PDFs via a print dialog box will not honor hyperlinks.

By definition (and standards), print PDFs do not have any interactivity, including hyperlinks.

If you want to have active hyperlinks in a PDF, use the PDF/Interactive export utility and set the appropriate options.

If you need PDFs for both print and interactive, export 2 different PDFs from the same layout:

  1. PDF Export / Print: choose inks, crop/printers marks, resolution of graphics, etc.
  2. PDF Export / Interactive: choose hyperlinks, bookmarks, accessibility, lower resolution as needed, etc.
