Hi I dont know if someone can help. I am paying monthly to have adobe pro, and it was fine but lately I started to loose the acces to the tools. First it was the signature request, now I cannot edit an PDF.

This is very unfair as I am paying for a service I am not receiving

Also there is No Adobe program called, Named, Adobe Pro. Adobe is a Company that has over 23 software programs or services. Each one of those has a unique (although some have similar) Name.

To support you better in the future I suggest you learn and use the correct program name that you are having problems with AND Finding the correct forum, they all have names of the program included, to post your question in.

This is true for any forum system you got to.

    Thanks and good luck.

Ok, the message shows that it doesn't think you have a subscription. There are really two causes of this

    1. You really don't have a subscription (any more). For example, a credit card problem might have stopped payment. Go to your Adobe account and check the "plan" is active.

    2. If your plan is OK, it is confused. This is where it can get complicated, but what you can do to start with is sign out from Acrobat Pro, then sign in again - make sure, of course, to sign in with the Adobe ID that pays for the plan.

If this doesn't help, you might find it easiest to contact Adobe Customer Service. (WARNING: they will NOT contact you. But SCAMMERS might who want your money and Adobe password!! TAKE CARE).
