ARGH how do you turn off all the pop-up messages, since the last update I get all these pops ups I have removed the program reinstalled it, and searched for answers to no avail. If I turn off the settings/preferences messages and apply I come back and it is reset again allowing them. I think it's time to switch to Bluebeam!

Anyone found a solution for this issue that works?

I thought I was the only one annoyed at these messages that pop-up. As the earlier poster said, no one wants these messages. It is quite a hassle to click through multiple times a day.

Hi @sharonm13511131

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Would you mind sharing more details about the pop up message you are getting? What is the workflow/steps you are doing when these pop messages appear, A small video recording or screenshot of the same would be very helpful.

Also, go to preferences (Ctrl,Cmd+K) > General >  Under, messages from Adobe, Uncheck  'Show me messages when I launch Adobe Acrobat' > Click OK and reboot the application.

Make sure you have the application updated to the recent version 23.08.20470 > Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the application.

Hi Amal,

It's about 5-10 secs after I open any pdf I get the pop-up below.

I have the latest update

I have tried to uncheck the 'Show me messages when I launch Adobe Acrobat'  but when I relaunch it's checked again

Hi there ,

PLease go through the lockable setting here https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/PrefRef/Macintosh/FeatureLockDown.html and see if that works.

We must hack the registry and a plist just to avoid those annoying pop-ups?

Are you serious?
