Correct answer Amal.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well. The screenshot you have shared is for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application which is a subscription based application.

Please make sure you are using the perpetual application and not the subscribion based. Also please share the version of the Acrobat perpetual appliation you are using.

Regards

Amal

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Would you mind sharing the application and the version you have? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat?

Also, please share the screenshot of the error message for a better understanding.

Please try to reboot the computer once and see if that helps.

We are here for help, just need more info

What do you have a perpetual license for, exactly? Acrobat DC does not have such a license available for it. It's a subscription-based application only.
