i need to reinstall acrobat pro on a new computer,in the down load area it only has it as a purchase. When i check my account i have a licence for it,how do i down load the pro and activate it on the new computer ? can i speak to anyone? whats the contact numbers or how do i chat?

As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have a perpetual license for Acrobat XI. You can download the same using this link: Download Acrobat XI, Acrobat X

You need your Acrobat serial number to complete the installation.

Sorry is not a new computer, I did have it in my computer but as I was having problems I unistalled it and want to install it again. How can I do it.
