Image resizing is not working in Acrobat (Feb 2023)

Hello,

Not sure exactly when this started, but I have noticed recently that when I add an image into a PDF file, I am not able to resize OR move the file with my mouse. Moving the file with the arrow key is fine. But the resize issue still a problem.

Please let me know if you have this issue and if you have a solution to what seems to be a bug.

This worked for me.

Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected Mode at Startup" and "Enhanced Security">OK>Reboot Reader

I periodically have the same problem using the normal method for resizing images. The problem usually arises after Adobe Acrobat has been open for a while and after I have opened and closed several documents. Rebooting (or simply closing and reopening Adobe) always fixes my problem TEMPORARILY.....without changing any security settings in PREFERENCES.

Is your "solution" merely the temporary impact of rebooting?

Same problem here. This is consistently the absolute worst software I use, I really don't understand how Adobe continuously screws up simple stuff so badly.
