images not showing up in DC

Hi there. I've got a file that was created with text and graphics - see attached. When I open it in Acrobat Reader DC (or other programs - Preview on the Mac, or Chrome system viewer, etc), everything displays ok, but when I open it in Acrobat DC Pro, I don't see the banner. File is attached, and screenshot of file open in DC Pro.

Help? This is driving me a bit nuts.
