Je souhaite modifier ma formule et c'est impossible à chaque éssai, le même message :

 "nous n'avons pas pu modifier votre formule. Merci de réessayer."

Ce n'est pas normal ni honnête.

Comment joindre le support Adobe? et Le service juridique ?

J'ai le même problème, j'ai essayé de modifier ma formule de paiement de mensuel en paiement en 1 fois annuel car le tarif mensuel a augmenté de 7 euros / mois, mais impossible! Je trouve aussi que ce n'est pas très honnête car j'ai essayé plusieurs fois. Je vais donc en informer la DGCCRF, car en principe avec la loi, nous devrions pouvoir changer d'abonnement en 3 clics. Et si les équipes d'Abode me lisent, merci de me contact par mail rapidement. H. RAITH
