In file explorer pdf file preview pane doesn't show the text comments added in the pdf file

In file explorer pdf file preview pane doesn't shows the text comments added in the pdf file. It the text comments displays in adobe acrobat. this issue is there ony with the pdf files created after may month.

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please elaborate on "File Explorer PDF"?

In the Acrobat new experience, the option can be found in the Quick access Toolbar "Add Text comment", please check the screenshot attached.
