Inserting audio to PDF

Hello, I can't find tools to add audio to PDF. I have Adobe Acrobat 2020 paid version and Acrobat Pro trial. The image in your help does not match my environment at all. Where is the error? Thank you.

You probably have the new Acrobat UI enabled. You can disable it via the Menu button at the top-left corner.

After doing that search the Tools panel for "sound" and you should find the "Add Sound" tool.

There is no Menu button that you describe.

This is not the Adobe Acrobat application, but a web-based service. You need to install and open the application to be able to add a sound clip.

Thank you, but the same problem is in app.
