inserting multiple images in a single icon/link in to an existing PDF file.

Good day everyone

      I am currently trying to insert various photo images in to a PDF file a map, and in various sections of the map I would like to add an icon where the user could click and view the images related to the particular area of where the icon is located. I would love is someone could point me in the right direction of where I could learn how to do this.
