Installing Acrobat Pro 9 using a serial number coming from Licensing Website (LWS), but the installer says that it's invalid

Hello,

I am changing my PC, I'm trying to install Acrobat Pro 9 using a serial number coming from my Licensing Website (LWS), but the installer is saying that the serial number is invalid!

I'm using it on another PC!

How can I solve this situation?

Correct answer Test Screen Name

Make sure the software download is ALSO from the licensing web site. You cannot use a volume serial with the regular download (and vice versa). And keep BOTH safe, it probably won't be around for long.
