Where can I find the invoice for each month of my adobe creative cloud subscription? I need them for VAT-repporting. Only able to find the first one. Could I suggest sending the invoice (in legal form) on the monthly e-mail with subscription payment confirmation e-mail ? It would simplify my world at least.

I used to get invoices emailed to me. The 9th of every month, an adobe creative cloud membership confirmation would be sent along with the USD$ I paid for that month. It was simple and convenient to pass this off to finance. As of April 2015, I stopped receiving them.

Here's what I think happened. Adobe probably noticed that:

1) They send out the monthly invoices.

2) They get a 500% increase in subscription cancellations over the next 3 days. People either realize they don't continue to need it or they become aware of the intro-to-standard monthly price jump after you lose your new member status.

So, it's probably not in their best interests to email monthly reminders of the subscription, but rather keep it buried so that people can forget about it for a few months.

That's the only thing I can think of that would keep this feature from being adopted; or rather, why it was cancelled and is not being renewed despite an apparent appetite for it.

As of now, the invoice can be obtained from your Adobe account.

You may request this feature via Feature Request/Bug Report Form

1000 x YES: Get it together Adobe and re-active the option to send the invoice from my subscription to my email.

Seriously, it WAS already working for me and emails were coming in. WHY did you brake it?

I add my vote for adding this very simple option of sending invoices by email, or at least explaining why did you remove it?
It isn't that difficult to response to your customers needs or their request, is it?

Have you tried to print the invoice : Print a payment receipt or invoice for your Adobe Creative Cloud subscription

Yeah, it's pretty clear we know how to do that.

It's been said dozens of times, but we will continue to say it until Adobe gives us this feature. Adobe needs to make it an option to automatically email a monthly invoice to the user, and any additional email addresses that we choose. I get reimbursed for my subscription, so it would save me and my company time to have the invoice emailed automatically. This is such a simple feature, Adobe. A fair amount of your customers are professionals, so stop giving them amateurish features and customer support.

I would also like this to be added as a "Feature". I am paying for my Acrobat Pro subscription on my personal credit card and have to put in for reimbursement on a monthly basis. There is no notification that I've been charged and no invoice automatically sent. Obviously the invoices are being created because they are available for retrieval. If this isn't something that Adobe expects to change, I'm going to set up an account to email myself on a monthly basis as a reminder to grab the invoice off of the site. That being said, me having to create a workaround for something that seems to me to be fairly simple for Adobe to do automatically, or even as a configurable option, is disappointing.

Yep, this needs to be an auto-generated invoice feature. Would be useful to specify a unique email address to which it can be sent as well.

Here we are again, accounting dept just asked for January 2016 creative cloud invoice and I had to go through a tiresome many-step manual process to get the invoice.

Please get it together Adobe and do what your customers want and enable the emailing of these invoices out, it's 2016 not 1996!
