Is it possible to print a single page pdf multiple times on a SINGLE sheet of paper when printing?

So let me try to explain to the best of my ability. I have a 3x5in PDF invitation that I created in Illustrator for a friend. I added 2 text fields via Adobe Acrobat and want to send it to her so that she can edit the fields, and then print 4 to a page (to save time and paper). I know this can be done with 4 separate PDF pages of the same design, but then she would have to edit each page. So is there any way to achieve this?

Assign the same name to the text fields. Fields with the same name will hold the same content.

If it has multiple pages, though, then you can enter "1,1,1,1" under the Pages field, to get four copies of the same page, and then use the Multiple option to get all the copies printed on the same sheet (2 x 2).

If the file only has one page they'll need to actually duplicate the pages, or do it using a script.
