Is there any way for a Submit Button to send a form to a different email address based on what information was entered into the fields on that form?

I've made a form with a "To" field that is a drop down box.  I am hoping to be able to make the submit button send to one specific email every time AND another email that is specific based on the different options selected in the "To" field.  Is this a possibility?  If so, how do I go about doing this?
