Issue: Font size increases when routing for signature

Hello!
We're having this strange issue that is causing the font size of text in a field to massively increase after attempting to route for a signature. If we adjust the font size before routing out for signatures, the text looks good but does not properly align in the field and some of it is cutoff towards the bottom of the field.

Anyone having a similar issue or know of a solution?

Hi @Juan34987757ygxl,

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble experience.

When you are sending the form out for signature Acrobat Sign feature converts the normal PDF form into an Acrobat Sign compatible form, you can check about this here: https://adobe.ly/3RDVFTj hence the change.

Before you send out the form for signature, use the Prepare Form tool to adjust the field and set properties accordingly.
