Issue Messages on Adobe AI Assistant

Does anyone have this issue? I'm getting these messages when trying to use the AI assistant to aid my tasks in pdf documents, however these messages keep popping up! (Refer to screenshots below)

 

Why does it say I'm not eligible for access to the features? I have a subscription plan the Acrobat AI Assitant, should I not be able to use the features? 

 

Is this related to a server issue or specific user issue?

Thank you for the quick response, definitely keep us updated! If there are further issues, what are ways I contact Adobe customer support? The chatbox virtual assistant on the site isn't exactly helpful, thanks!

can you please give an update...Its been down for several hours and I have a project deadline that requires use of AI Assistant.  I too have Studio the full paid plan but unable to use AI Assistant

I've the same issue, tried PC and phone.  I bought an annual subscription to do one specific task each day but I'm having to use ChatGPT instead.
