Issues printing from JDA (space planning software) to pdf using Acrobat 2017 (not DC)

Hello everyone. Like my title suggests I'm having an issue printing to Acrobat (pdf) from JDA. I'm all but certain it's Adobe and not the JDA software because I can print out a physical copy straight from JDA without any of the images being screwed up as seen in the attached pic of a soft drink cooler door planogram. The Red Bull can images are unnecessarily shrunk down. It's odd because many very similar planograms don't have this issue. As you can see from the pic there is white space or only part of an image where the pic of a can should be. Thank you in advance if you can tell me how to fix this problem. Also I tried other pdf creators with no luck.

Hi There,

Thanks for reporting the issue here.

We tried a similar workflow and observed no issue. Can you share a file on which you're facing the issue?

As the PNG shared does not seems to be reproducing the issue and is very tiny in size. Or do we expect the same to be printed on the page but of very small size?

Also please share ypur system config > Acrobat version using > OS version using > Has the issue recently started?

Regards,
Swapnil Srivastava
