Junk characters issue

Issue: Recently a couple of users have reported the appearance of gibberish characters on screen while working within JDE web sessions. The issue is happening On Edge, Chrome and Firefox browser.

We have attached the screenshot for your reference. We observed that while acrobat reader gets updated to latest version then the issue occurs. Oracle support have suggested us to contact Adobe community for solution to this issue.
