Are you trying to change line spacing on a webpage? If so, you are on the wrong forum. On the text of a pdf file? If so, do it in the program you used to create the pdf? On the form fields? Do it by selecting the form fields properties for the field in question,

ok, i figured out how to adjust the line spacing between lines that the user will fill out. However, new problem is Line Spacing between check boxes: Is there an easy way, to format the space between rows of check boxes so that they all have the same space? I been trying for an hour trying to get it right, but far from it. Please provide step by step instructions as I’m brand new using Adobe and have no clue what I’m doing. See web link below for a “Print Screen” what I see at my endhttp://www.usedottawa.com/classified-ad/Tech-support_32044990?preview=edit

Select all the fields, right-click one of them and then select Align, Distribute or Center - Align Vertically.

Sorry, that only aligns the columns or rows. I want the spacing between the check boxes to be the same distance. Is there a way to format that type of spacing, without doing it manually by hand with the arrow up or down keys?

Sorry, I meant to write "Distribute vertically".

I tried all the options under Align, but none of them do what I want. New image has been uploaded to http://www.usedottawa.com/classified-ad/Tech-support_32044990?preview=edit. Are there any other suggestions how to align the spacing between the check box rows?

Distribute function dosen't work. if you look at the web link, you'll see the different things Adobe does when I select the different options.

Run it on each column of fields separately. It should work.

One can visually add to the PDF form "Grid Lines". The user has the ability to set the spacing of the grid lines and can also set an option so one can "snap" the form fields to the grid lines.

The grids don't do what I want. i didn't know that you can copy and past an image into this forum. So, let me try to explain this thing one more time.

so, looks like everything is done manually. I was hoping there was an option that would measure the "Spacing" or the distance between the rows of the check boxes automatically, to do the same distance between the rows of the check boxes, but it dosen't look like there is such an option, unless I'm missing a step along the way.
Print screen below, was print screen from a previous post. where i said that the : Distribute function doesn’t work

I've been beating my head on the wall trying to ask my coworkers this same question. You asked it perfectly but no one seems to want to answer it. Seems like there has do be a way.
