Hello Community,

I have created a certificate for lithuanians and the text is to be in lithuanian language. I copied and pasted the wording in the body of the certificate and the characters show up fine. I created a NameField textbox so that when a user completes the course, his name is added to the NameField.

The issue starts which is certain characters from Lithuanian Language does not show up when the certificate is produced.

I am using the font Verdana and also tried it with Calibri. Please can somebody help!

What is your PDF viewer, and what program did you use to create your certificate?

Is it possible to share the form with us? If not (because of confidentiality), is it possible, you produce a dummy form that you can show us?

I'm not a specialist of the Lithuanian language, but my understanding is that any modern open type font should be able to reproduce any special character used in this language. Lithuanian texts use "only" Latin characters, with some special characters.
