Lock PDF after signing

The 'Lock Document' checkbox is not an option when I sign as the last signer.

Did the option to lock move? If so, where or how do I lock a document as the last signer. I have attached a screen show. The 'View Document Details' is where the 'Lock Document' was located.

 

I also noticed that 'Security Options' have changed to PCKS#7 - Detatched or CAdeS - Equivalent. Is this what is causing the 'Lock Document' option to not show. We have had our employees select 

1024-bit RSA. Do our employees need to update their certificate.

If this happening even if you try to apply a certified signature?

 

Unless another signer locked the document in part after they signed, normally a certified signature is what you can use to finalize all the signing process and lock the entire document with tgat certifies signature.
