Long continuous PDF with invisible page breaks

I have a long one page PDF that works great when scrolling through, however, i'd like to present it to people from my laptop and rather than scroll, would rather jump page by page, but still within the one long document. Is it possible to add invisible page breaks so i can jst click through pages and it scrolls to next page (like a website i guess)?
